Hi Gill,

We would like to pass on our appreciation to Jim, who was our coach operator on Monday to Blackpool Zoo. Jim made situations that could have been stressful much easier to cope with. He kept us updated throughout the journey and showed great professionalism all day. Jim was also very helpful with transferring items to and from the coach, he was also warm and friendly with both staff and children. The children said they would like to give Jim a big thumbs up

Just wanted to email to say thanks to you and the driver and your company for a great experience and everything was so smooth even when I had a few issues with locating a few people the driver was so accommodating.

Needless to say if we have more trips to Hull next season we will definitely be using you again in the future.

Please accept my sincere gratitude to yourself and everybody at J and B travel.

I especially want to thank Syd who was the coach driver last Saturday who very kindly found my lost wallet with my bankcards and £80 in cash inside. I would like to emphasise I am absolutely astounded in the honesty of one of your drivers Syd. He has restored my faith in humanity and I cannot believe my good fortune that he was the driver that evening, or that J and B travel facilitated the rail replacement service.

I had been for a night out in Leeds with work colleagues and spent an absolute fortune in over priced bars, so to find out that I had lost my wallet later that evening with £80 cash inside only compounded my disappointment of having spent so much money.

Please once again pass on my gratitude to Syd and yourself and everybody at J and B travel.

Please could you also highlight or forward this email to the principle of J and B travel as I would like them to know what fabulous/honest personnel they employ.

On top of this I have constantly told people my story and the goodwill provided by your company and if I ever needed a coach service of course you would be my absolute first choice.
