We are recruiting full‑time PCV drivers to operate our contracted FlixBus services, delivering reliable, high‑quality coach travel on scheduled intercity routes.
This role is ideal for drivers who prefer structured work, planned routes, and consistency. You’ll be driving modern coaches less than three years old, maintained to a high standard, and representing both our company and the FlixBus network.
The Role
- Driving scheduled FlixBus routes
- Providing a professional, customer‑focused service
- Operating modern, well‑maintained vehicles
- Working closely with a supportive and experienced operations team
Driver Requirements
- Valid PCV (Category D) driving licence
- Up‑to‑date Driver CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
Previous PCV or coach driving experience preferred - Manual handling skills required
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays
- Right to work in the UK

Full‑Time PCV Driver – Private Hire & Rail Replacement
We’re also recruiting full‑time PCV drivers to support our Private Hire and Rail Replacement operations, offering varied and rewarding work.
This role suits drivers who enjoy variety and flexibility, from private hires and group travel to planned and emergency rail replacement services. No two weeks are the same, and you’ll play an important role helping passengers travel safely during rail disruption.
The Role
- Driving rail replacement services during planned and unplanned disruption
- Operating private hire, corporate, and group travel services
- Working a variety of routes, duties, and service patterns
- Driving modern vehicles less than three years old
Driver Requirements
- Valid PCV (Category D) driving licence
- Up‑to‑date Driver CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Ability to adapt to changing duties and short‑notice work
- Strong customer service skills, especially in disrupted travel situations
- Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
- Right to work in the UK
