I would just like to extend my thanks to your company for many years of quality service and would especially like to mention your driver, Sammy.
 
He has driven the coach on a few of our trips (for example to Malham and Hartlepool Power Station) and each and every time he is polite, welcoming and helpful.  At Hartlepool he went out of his way to make sure the students could get around easily from the power station, to the field centre, to Seaton Carew and was incredibly accommodating.
 
He is safe and courteous as a driver, he engages with our students, enjoys a laugh and joke with them and nothing is too much trouble for him - the students want him to be the driver for every trip they go on!
 
Thanks once again for the great service and please pass on to Sammy the best wishes and thanks from the geography students at Swallow Hill Community College.

Our drivers name was Chris. He was welcoming and patient. He couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. He was friendly and sociable with the pupils and I hope you will pass this on. A good bus driver is the making of a successful trip.

I would just like to take the time to thank your fabulous drivers who were excellent on our trip to London on 29 October 2016.
They were very accommodating and easy to get on with which is very important when you have a group of children with you on the trip. They stopped twice when requested with no problems. We arrived at exactly the time we wanted too and we came straight out of the venue to find the coach waiting for us ready to set off home.

We went on a holiday booked through National Holidays and were served by yourselves. We went from Leeds to Oxford and Stratford leaving on 14 September for four days. We feel we must compliment your driver Craig who looked after us. He was most polite and helpful far beyond what we have experienced in the past. I have some feedback for you – (I was on a course yesterday so unfortunately wasn’t here, but the class teacher informed me)-
The coach arrived nice and early, ahead of the class being ready and the driver was extremely helpful and professional. The coach had side doors which he opened to allow the children to get into the coach safely and not via the roadside. The class teacher was very happy and wanted me to pass on her thanks.

I felt I just had to put in writing how grateful we are for the fantastic service we got on Saturday from J and B coaches.

You have always been our best and only choice for transporting our young people to trips and performances but on Saturday 5th July 2014 you outdid yourselves! Leeds was packed with people and shut down for the Tour De France but you and your driver Paul had planned a route which missed the crowds and road blocks and got us safely and on time to our venue for the show. Our own Grand Depart courtesy of J and B coaches!

What could have been a frustrating and disappointing day was a triumph! Thank you so much

Just a quick note (as we are off on honeymoon today so busy packing!!) to say a HUGE thank you to you and our drivers on Sunday. The whole day ran so smoothly, and everyone loved the buses!! We travelled in them from the coach house to Leeds for the evening and were very impressed - the drivers made sure we were on the first bus - and when we actually fell behind the other bus we noticed that it stopped and waited to ensure that we were the first to arrive at the venue. Thank you!! We've attached 2 pics but our official photographer also took some of us in the bus which we will send over once we are back in a couple of weeks and have the photos!!"

I would also like to say yesterday was fantastic the driver brad was amazing with the young people and staff and allowed for a lot of laughter.. he was understanding to the needs of the young people and helped if needed... it was also good to know that when we believed we was going to be late as some young people had got stuck on a broken ride he was understanding and didn't pressure us re the leaving time.
